It was kinda hard for me to add these things too at first. Here's how to do it
step 1(download the rainmeter program)
step 2( open up documents and find the rainmeter folder then double click it and the skins folder should open up double click and open that too)( it should have some default skins already in it)
step 3(download the file(if its a .rar extract it)...and the put the file in the skins folder.)
step 4(open rainmeter and go to configs click on the desired application.)
step 5(once you click the application go to the skin and variance and the bottom click on englishcalendar.ini)
step 6(click skin actions and then click load skin) that should do it. if not heres another option
(open rainmeter and go to browse click on the desired application. once you click the application go to the skin and variance and the bottom click on englishcalendar.ini then click skin actions and then click load skin)
That's all...if your still having issues ask and ill try to help out some more.

Yeap, still not working. I'm not on a windows machine either, I'm running on Snow Leopard, so I've taken several approaches, none of which have worked. I've gotten the process down, it just won't actually work for me after I copy it into the correct folder... Heh heh...
